1. The “New Double-Hundred Talents Program”
The school seeks several promising candidates with academic excellence in disciplines that include English, Japanese, French, German and Spanish for the “New Double-Hundred Talents Program”. Under the program, candidates must qualify for either of the following designations: Zijiang Young Scholar or Zijiang Young Scholar of Excellence.
Zijiang Young Scholar of Excellence
Candidates must be with a Ph.D. from a world-class university or research institute or with post-doctoral research experiences, with associate professorship titles or above and exceptional academic achievements. Candidates should have been selected in the national youth talent program or equivalent. Prior to application, candidates must qualify for applications to Top-level Talents Programs under the Ministry of Education or at national level or demonstrate their potentials of fulfillment.
Remuneration will be calculated annually. Successful candidates will be eligible for housing allowances, initial research funding and other benefits as applicable.
Zijiang Young Scholar
Candidates must be with a Ph.D. from a world-class university or research institute or with post-doctoral research experiences, with widely recognized research achievements and potential of professional development. Candidates must qualify for applying for exceptional promotions to full professorship titles under TheAccreditation Guidelines for Senior Academic Titles of ECNU with their research achievements (beyond research programs and awards). Candidates must meet the standards of applying for Top-level Young Talents Program under the Ministry of Education or at national level.
Remuneration will be calculated annually. Successful candidates will be eligible for housing allowances, initial research funding and other benefits as applicable.

Requirements
1. Candidates must be with a Ph.D. in a world-class university in related academic fields
2. Associate professors with exceptional achievements and evident potential can apply for a professor position and, under similar circumstances, lecturers can also apply for an associate professor position.
3. The remuneration for Chenhui Scholars will be calculated annually based on agreements. (Usually ¥180k per year, pretax) Candidates are entitled to benefits and allowances if applicable and can apply for Chenhui Research Funding from ECNU.
Note: Candidates for an associate professor position and a professor position in the Program of Spanish may enjoy certain exceptions in academic requirements as applicable.
