On November 27，the 2019 Annual Meeting of Foreign Language Teaching Research Center of the School of Foreign Languages ECNU was held in Shanghai Caoyang Middle School.

150 experts and teachers from ten provinces and cities including Shanghai, Beijing, Jiangsu etc. attendedthe meeting.

It emphasized individual differences of students in teaching foreign languages. Discussions have also been conducted about effective student-centered teaching strategies.

Zhou Gang, deputy director of the Foreign Language Teaching Research Center and deputy principalof Caoyang Middle School, hosted the meeting.
