Dear 2023 graduates! The “Graduation Lesson” series of courses prepared by the School of Foreign Languages has been released! Let’s listen to the teachers, experience the charm of the classroom, and revisit the wisdom of language before we leave!

In order to carry out in-depth education on the theme of learning and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era, as well as continuing to learn and publicize the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress, the SFL has meticulously planned, filmed, and produced a series of eight “Graduation Lesson” model courses for the current year’s curriculum and ideology.

7. Chen Shu, Associate Professor, Department of Translation: “An Understanding Problem of Canonical Translation”

8. Zhou Xiaoyong, Professor of University English Teaching Department: “Chinese Wisdom in Intercultural Communication”

The SFL of ECNU has been filming and producing the “Graduation Lesson” model course for two consecutive years (2020 and 2021). The 18 videos have been broadcasted more than 400,000 times, achieving good dissemination and educational effects.
